Pozzetta Products is excited to now be offering manual wands to handle individual wafers carefully and securely! The new Lever-Lock Manual Wands allow stable handling and offers remarkable improvement of working efficiency, because the holding force is constant when the wand is in the locked position. These wands:
- Need no extra effort to keep holding the wafer, unlike manual wands without a lock.
- Ensure stable gripping, safe handling, and improved efficiency.
- Use 2 contact points on the holding surface to minimize contamination to the wafer.
- Are made from PEEK, which has superior strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance.
- Come in 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm sizes.

For smaller wafer sizes, our L-Series manual wands are available in 100mm & 125mm, as well as 150mm & 200mm sizes. They offer the same features and benefits as the Lever-Lock Series, but without the help of the locking mechanism.
