M100-200L, 200mm Lever-Lock Wafer Wand

Extreme care is required for the proper handling of wafers. Careful attention must be paid not to damage and contaminate the wafers while out of their carriers. Pozzetta Products is excited to now be offering manual wands to handle individual wafers carefully and securely! The new Lever-Lock Manual Wands allow stable handling and offers remarkable improvement of working efficiency, because the holding force is constant when the wand is in the locked position. These wands:

Need no extra effort to keep holding the wafer, unlike manual wands without a lock.
Ensure stable gripping, safe handling, and improved efficiency.
Use 2 contact points on the holding surface to minimize contamination to the wafer.
Are made from PEEK, which has superior strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance.
Come in 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm sizes.

Also available is PEEK material with CNT for added strength and ESD properties.

For smaller wafer sizes, our L-Series manual wands are available in 100mm & 125mm, as well as 150mm & 200mm sizes. They offer the same features and benefits as the Lever-Lock Series, but without the help of the locking mechanism.

CR125-MMF PFA Wafer Carrier

Pozzetta Products offers a wide range of wafer carrier sizes and we have the perfect fit for your 125mm wafers. Our carriers come in a variety of materials such as: PEEK, PFA and Antistatic Polypropylene. The wafer carries each have a capacity of 25 wafers and an H-shaped endwall for equipment interface. Most of the carriers have wash slots in either the side walls or the end walls for easy cleaning. Also available are PFA handles for convenient carrying of the wafers. Our PLS655 box offers a unique solution for critical 125mm (5 inch) square substrates.

No touch standoff

No-touch design. The AU standoffs are angled, so only the edges of the substrate are touched and the substrate is suspended.

Features include: Positive locking latch, seal gasket, removable labels, long life hinges, stackable, easy open and close, and excellent access for insertion or removal of masks.
